About Thrift Vaults
Thrift Vaults is an Indian thrift clothing store offering curated pre-owned and vintage fashion pieces through its online platform. Throughout these Terms, “Thrift Vaults”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the brand, and “you” refers to the user or customer.
Nature of Products
All items sold on Thrift Vaults are thrifted or pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Minor signs of wear, slight imperfections, or variations may be present and are part of the product’s unique character.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and condition details of each product. However, actual colors and appearance may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen differences.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
All orders must be prepaid using available online payment methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
No Return / Limited Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of thrifted items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges may be considered only in rare cases where the wrong product is delivered. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Availability
All thrift items are usually one-of-a-kind and available in limited quantity. Once sold, the item may not be restocked.
Intellectual Property
All content including images, branding, designs, and text belong to Thrift Vaults. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Thrift Vaults shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or products. Purchases are made at your own discretion.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if any violation of these Terms is identified.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
